What do we do?
We can provide you with a virtual claims department to receive and record details of any claims that may be lodged against you.
Submit and negotiate insurance claims for loss or damage to your customer's goods.
Deal with claims made against you by customers within your insurance deductibles or selected "self-insurance" schemes.
Provide advice on suitable trading conditions and other measures to limit your liability to customers.
Pursue recoveries of your customer's claim from sub-contracted hauliers, transport or warehouse operators where you have sub-contracted such assignments.
